The room is bright and has a wooden laminated flooring. The flat is situated off the Uxbridge Road in a quiet, sought-after residential area; with delis, cafes, off licences, gyms and Ravenscourt Park is also 15 min from the property.
The room is of a good size with a single bed, mattress, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The living room has wooden laminated flooring, good central heating, double glazing and all mod cons including washing machine, oven with a hob and a large fridge/freezer.

The living room is spacious and bright and opens onto a balcony. There is plenty of storage space.

We are two boys and a girl, all 22-27. We are all professionals and work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will socialize time-to time. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from East Acton station, 20 min from Hammersmith and City lines and 15 min walk away Shepherds Bush Market underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 5min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs.
We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Ravenscourt Park and the beautiful Holland Park.
