I have a nice double room for single professionals in a 5 bedroom house. The property boasts a light and airy feel throughout benefitting from a lot of natural light and is in a quiet location. There is a small park right in front of the house.

About the room: It is a bright room with south facing garden view. Huge wardrobe with ample storage and lots of space.
Long (minimum 6 months) stay is £900 per month including bills.

The house is very clean and quiet with a big garden to use. Cleaner comes bi-weekly for communal area and tenants are expected to keep the house clean after usage. This is a family home so I am looking for someone who will treat my house as their own and be respectful of others. Neighbours are extremely polite and friendly.

For transport it is well served by multiple stations, 7 mins walk from Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line), Acton Central Station (5-7 minutes) overground and Acton Town Station (Piccadilly Line) 15-20 mins walk. It is also just under 10 mins walk to the bus stop which runs directly to Westfield shopping centre in Shepherds Bush and continues on to Oxford St and Piccadilly Circus. Buses to Hammersmith are also a short walk.
