Looking for someone who is very quiet and who is happy to only have access to their room and bathroom and laundry. Double/Queen bed with new mattress and lots of wardrobe space. Lovely shower, ensuite with bidet. Will provide fridge and kettle and vacuum and microwave in room. I will also provide sheets and towels and a cleaner once a week.

I have two cats and would occasionally request you to feed them when I am away.

Very convenient. 2 mins to supermarkets and bus stop (King Street, Steyne Road). 8-10 mins walk to ActonTown on the Piccadilly and District lines. 15-20 mins walk (or 5 mins bus ride) to Acton Mainline on the Elizabeth Line.
