Nice, well kept furnished two bedtoom flat located a stones throw from Acton Central station as well as a 15 min walk to Acton Main Line or Acton Town. I’m looking for a flatmate to move in on or around the 15th July. There is a chance that in September, a family dog might be moving into the place so I would be interested to find someone who is comfortable and confident with dogs and might be willing to help out with walks etc. for a cheaper rent price. This however is not essential. Flat has spacious front room, kitchen and shared bathroom with power shower and toilet.

I am a scenic artist, working five days a week and occasionally nights. I've lived in the area for over 20 years so very familiar with the area and local community. I am an artist and avid skateboarder and mainly use the flat to relax after work and cook.

I'm looking for a tenant to fill the second room in the flat. The room itself has direct access to a nice garden and a large, comfy queen bed as well as a desk space, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Looking for a student or young professional but open to varied applications. Rent is £800 PCM plus a half share of the monthly bills.
