I’m moving out of my large, centrally located room in a lovely house in Angel. It’s a couple of minutes walk to Angel station, buses, Exmouth market, Islington, and more. Available from 25 December. Walking distance to Farringdon, Kings Cross, and Highbury and Islington station as well.

Rent is £1710 per month which includes council tax.

Room
It’s a double room with two big windows in a lovely 3 storey house. The room is large with plenty of storage with a built in double cupboard and space for a sofa, a desk and a TV. The room comes furnished with everything you need, including double bed, sofa, chest of drawers, coffee table, bookshelf, clothes rack, and lamp. (I'll also be selling some of my stuff if there's anything you'd like to take.)

Flatmates
You’ll share the house with four friendly, respectful professionals in their late 20s and early 30s. Everyone has a busy London life, but we enjoy chatting while cooking or spending time together in the living room, and the occasional night of board games or an activity. We work in a range of industries and come from all over (Australia, Italy, Ireland, and the UK).

House
The house has a really nice living room, with a large dining table, couches to hang out, a TV, and some lovely plants. The kitchen has two ovens, two fridges and everything you need in terms of cooking utensils, along with plenty of space to store your stuff.

Four people, including you, share the bathroom + shower on the top floor, and there's a separate toilet on the ground floor. The fifth housemate has an ensuite.

Bills
We have a cleaner that comes weekly so the house is always lovely and clean. Electricity, internet, and water are not included in the rent. We split bills equally via Splitwise and pay rent/council tax directly to the landlord.

Bills are roughly £65 per month, plus water.

Officially available from 25 December, but I'm moving into my new place on the 21st of December, so access can be arranged a few days earlier (pending confirmation from the landlord).
