Hi,

We have a fantastic double room becoming available in our spacious Georgian townhouse at the Clerkenwell end of Angel.

You’ll be living with three friendly, respectful and easygoing professionals. The house likes to play games and watch movies together, but everyone respects each other's privacy and quiet time too.

The house is very central, Zone 1, and is a 2 minute walk from Angel tube station and the Northern Line. You will also be within easy walking distance of King's Cross and the City. The local area is also great - lots of great restaurants and stores nearby on Upper Street, Camden Passage and Exmouth Market.

The house has loads of communal space. Large dining room and large kitchen with dishwasher on ground floor, big lounge and a spare room for guests or working from home on the second floor. Plus a courtyard/garden can be used for BBQs. If you’re working from home for the foreseeable you’ll have plenty of space in the lounge room or kitchen to make your personal office so won’t need to work in the same room as anyone else. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house, so you'll be sharing with just one other.

As for the room, the photos speak for themselves - spacious, bright and comfortable. Comes furnished with a King-size bed, wardrobe and cabinet. I have really enjoyed being here - I am only moving out as a result of a change of career direction. Otherwise there's no chance I would let it go.
