Hello! This is a four bedroom flat shared with a mix of students and young professionals. Although three of us are moving out soon so it will be new roommates except for one remaining tenant (female).
The room is a double bedroom in a 4 bedroom flat located 10 minute walk from Angel station (15 min walk from Old Street). It comes furnished with a bed frame and nice mattress, night table, desk, lamp, wardrobe, bookshelf, and a couch. The flat also has a modern kitchen and toilet separate from the bathroom. Lots of storage space in the hall closets and kitchen.
It is a perfect space for students (especially at City Uni since we are a 5 min walk from campus) or young professionals.
The room is so spacious and gets lots of natural light. Love the room and am sad to leave, but am moving out so I can move in with my best friend. Aiming to move out in the first week of May so you would be taking over my contract during that time.
Some bills are included in the rent including council tax, but the excess bills are usually no more than 40 a month (and that's during the winter when we have the heat on). In the summer it is usually no more than 15-20.
