Hi! I am a live-in tenant in a lovely two bed flat in the heart of Angel. I am a professional who works 4 days in the office, very private and clean.
Situated just 10 min walk from Upper St, 8 mins from Angel Station and 10 mins from Old Street, the flat is really well situated to get just about anywhere in London. There's a brand new gym that just opened 3 mins from the flat, a CO-OP opposite and an organic store opposite also. Very well situated and a perfect place for a private and clean professional.
There is a double room available for rent from Feb 1 with its own bathroom (shower and toilet within). Bills and council tax are not included in the price - we would split the bills and do our council tax separately. Bills are around £200 pm (including council tax).
Lovely shared living room with a TV and dining corner. High ceilings and great view of City Road!
