There is a small balcony overlooking the community, and the whole place is fully furnished. It’s a 10 minute walk to Old Street Station and a 15 minute walk to Farringdon and Barbican and about 20 mins to Shoreditch! Please note that the room is £1550 but for couples, the rent is £1700 per month. This does not include council tax or bills which we split monthly.
