Long term lets welcome.
This is a cosy double room in the city. Be warned ! You are paying for location location location!
This large double room is fresh and neutral.
Light, bright, simply furnished, and serene.
It is suitable for someone who likes their own space, privacy and working outside the flat.
I work as a writer from home and sometimes away. It is on the 3rd floor of a four storey building without a lift just so you know... yikes!
A large kitchen and large bathroom are quite rare and you would also get your own fridge and kitchen utensils etc. as I am allergic to some foods. I don't have a microwave but you can purchase one for your room or the kitchen if you like.. and take with you when you leave.
En-suite is not typical for the UK in general but with only one other person it is almost the same and I will be mostly travelling for work. I like things light and clean.( I'm not OCD just very clean.)
The flat is located in a quiet family-orientated neighbourhood and hidden within the city away from the nightlife of the nearby West End.
Perfect for someone who is mature, quiet, clean and independent. Wi-fi is also included in bills and you are required to clean your own mess around the flat as you go.
The deposit is required before the advert can be taken down and after a contract is signed. The rent is paid every month on the same date as moving in.
NB. Identification will be checked and family member/Work letterhead/Contacts here can be used as a reference too.
