Hello reader,

My flatmate is leaving back to India around 7 October and so I'm looking for his replacement.
_This is a vegetarian home and we'd like to keep it that way_

*The flat:*
- first floor with a shared living-room facing South and with high ceilings, furnished and equipped including dryer, washing-machine and dish-washer.
- spacious storage room
- Transport: close to Chancery Lane (Central line), Farrindon (Elizabeth, Hammersmith&City, ThamesLink), Blackfriars (District)
- We've got a few shops around: one small tesco, 3 small sainsburies within 5min each, restaurants at Exmouth market. A bigger Waitrose to be found in a 10 min walk
- the neighbourhood is mainly offices and jeweller's, so quite calm and secure

*The room*
- Technically NOT EN-SUITE, but the room has its own private bathroom across the corridor, so you won't share it with anyone else. The bathroom has a bathtube
- The landlord's mattress was rubbish so the previous tenant bought a new good one that you can buy from my flatmate if you wish

*The rent and bills*
- currently my flatmate pays £1425/month and the landlord said she won't increase rent upon renewal on 20Oct
- Council tax: £262/month
- electricity: £110/month
- Wifi: £32/month
- Water: £35/month
- Cleaner: £135/month
The bills are split equally. The cleaner is not compulsory though.
We have a private landlord but an agency is taking care of the contract. I think that getting your name on the contract will cost you around £50.

*The flatmate (me)*
- I am a French quant working in an investment bank a 5min walk away from the flat.
- 33 yo and single
- I am not allowed to work from home so I go to the office every day from which I usually come home late, either because I'm still working or back from a dance class several times a week
- I spend all my holidays abroad, many weekends in Paris (so often that I have a Carte Blanche Eurostar) and often go back to the office during the weekend. Otherwise I often go to salsa or ballroom social dancing on Fridays and Saturdays. So basically, you'll often have the flat for you alone!
- I am vegetarian and gay and will prefer like-minded (quiet on weekdays but happy to launch parties/before together in the week-ends)
