I am looking for someone to take over my room from the 4th July, since I have to move out earlier than the contract.

Rent per week is £310, with a security deposit of £1550. The bills are covered bedsides gas and electricity which come out to 20-25 per month. The deposit will be returned right after the inspection on the final day - just don't make a hole in the wall.
