Hi guys, I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my lovely room in central London! The room is very big and is bills included except for gas and electricity.
The property is in an amazing location in old street, 2mins walk to Old Street station and 10mins walk to Moorgate/Liverpool Street. It is surrounded by a variety of amazing pubs, cafes and bars. There is also an Aldi, M&S, CO-OP and Waitrose within 5mins walk.
The room itself is very big, with loads of storage space and comes fully furnished, including a desk.
The whole flat has a kitchen with a washing machine. A large living room and dining room with a balcony and 2 bathrooms with a separate shower room. There is also a cleaner that comes to clean the communal areas once every 2 weeks.
You’ll be living with 3 lovely girls all in their early-mid 20’s. 2 of them are uni students and one is a lawyer.
