SHORT TERM LET: Heatherview is a large detatched Victorian house, now occupied by my brother and 2 other lodgers. It's a comfortable, laid back house, shabby in places, but has lots of space and a large garden. It's in the Aldershot West End, a 15 minute walk to Aldershot Train Station and there is on street parking.

The house is on the market, so this is a short term rolling 1 month accommodation contract. The sale period could be lengthy, but we are unable to commit to more than one month at a time for anyone taking the room on.

We are looking for a mature sensible self managing tenant who will appreciate some privacy and get along with the existing residents. The room free is one on the ground floor with an en suite shower room. Its £600 a month, inclusive of rates and utilities.
