Hi there! I’m a 28-year-old guy living in a house in Ash and I’m looking for a new housemate to share the space.

Things to consider: House wont be ready to rent untill May 1st. The Bedroom for rent is next to a road which can be noisy at night, however it is the larger bedroom. Although it is near both train stations it is in the middle so about 20mins walk either way. No couples being considered.

I live here alone and have a spare double room available. The house is fully furnished, and you’ll have access to all communal areas—it’s a social and relaxed environment, and I’m definitely hoping to find someone who’s up for hanging out. I’d love to have a housemate who wants to be friends, whether that’s hitting up the local pub for a quiz night, watching films, or just catching up after a long day.

About the spot:

The Room: A comfortable, fully furnished double room.

The House: You’ll have full use of all shared spaces. It’s a very relaxed home.

Location: Perfectly located, just a 15-minute walk from Ash station, making it great for commuting. Bus station 1 minuet walk away.

Parking: On-road parking is available. Normally fine but not directly outside house.

Bills: All bills are included in the rent, so no stress about splitting utilities.
