I’m a 29 y/o male living in a house in Ash vale, and I’m looking for a new housemate to share the space starting next year 2027, as my current tenant ends at end of 2026.


I work on average 3 days in office, 2 at home, and am often away on weekends.

I am looking for a working professional, or a student who will be studying outside of house for most of the day.

I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of house.
House is near both train stations, it is in the middle so about 20mins walk (5min cycle) either way. Bus station is 1 min walk.

No couples being considered.

Lovely Garden, fireplace, dining table and big tv in living room, new kitchen appliances, wash room, 1 small downstairs bathroom, 1 large modern bathroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms, fast internet, high quality secondary glazing to reduce noise from nearby road. Proffesional cleaner comes 1x 2 weeks for deep clean.

I live here alone and have a spare double room available, the main bedroom in house, it is a very large room with plenty of space for work desk and personal items. The house is fully furnished, and you’ll have access to all areas—it’s a social and relaxed environment, and I’m definitely hoping to find someone who’s up for hanging out. I’d like to have a housemate who wants to be friends, whether that’s going to a pub for a quiz night, watching films, or just catching up after a long day.
Parking: Standard On-road parking is available. Normally fine but not directly outside house.

There is a Parking spot reserved for the house which may be provided, but contact for details.

Bills: All bills are included in the rent.
