We are private landlords letting out rooms in our house as we now live in London for work. There will be a maximum of four tenants total living in the house.

Parking is on street.

The current tenants are professionals in the approximately 21-31 age bracket. One tenant owns a cat which is typically kept downstairs so we cannot accept additional pets.
