It’s newly built and very clean. And staffs are really kind and well managed. It always has 24 hrs security.

Ensuite (toilet + bathroom) and fully furnished.
It's totally separated room unlike a share house.
It looks like studio without kitchen.

The building has a Lower Ground Floor(Reception) and Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4rd floors, functioning like an apartment complex. My room is in the ground floor. It has a garden view and there are only 3 people including me in a flat!

I’ll be moving in with my friend, so I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my room!
