I am looking for someone to sublet my room that is available in our shared house on in the heart of Whitechapel.

The house is home to 7 people – a mix of working professionals and students. The room is on 4th floor, situated throughout the house are 2 bathrooms/showers 1st floor and 4th floor right next to the available room it is shared, then there is 1 more toilet on the second floor. It’s a relaxed, respectful, and social environment, and most of us are part of the LGBTQ+ community, so we’re looking for someone who’s open-minded and a good fit for the vibe.

Location:
Situated on Ashfield st between Ford square and Sidney square
Just a short walk to Whitechapel Station (Elizabeth Line, District, Hammersmith & City, Overground) easy access to central London
Close to Shadwell Station (DLR & Overground)
Large Sainsbury Tescos and 2 convineice corner stores just down the road
Near Sidney Square for green space

About the house:
Shared kitchen and living areas
Social but not a party house
Everyone is respectful of each other’s space and schedules

Looking for:
Someone clean, considerate, and easygoing
Ideally someone who’s happy living in a LGBTQ+ friendly household
Open to discussion on length of stay ideally 2 weeks to 1 Month
