**SHORT TERM SUBLET**
Travelling from the 24th of July to the 8th of August and looking to sublet my room for that period. We are in Zone 1 Aldgate East, a 10-15 minute walk to Spitalfields, Brick Lane, Tower of London and Tower Bridge. We live in the lower ground flat of a converted warehouse apartment with double doors at the entry of the building for added security. The room is quite spacious, there is a bathroom you’d be sharing with my 28 y/o Irish female housemate, and the living room and kitchen are quite spacious for two people.
The rent is £650 for that period which includes all bills, plus an additional £150 security deposit which will be refunded as you move out.
Will be arranging viewings/video calls from Thursday July 16th onward.
