I’m moving in with my friend and my room is becoming available!

Those currently in the house are 25 - 27. Zoe works as a hairdresser, Cat is studying a phd in bioengineering and Grace works in comms. Zoe and I have lived here for a year and a half, with Cat joining us in September, and Grace in December.

We enjoy going to restaurants and bars, but also chilling in the house watching Netflix and cooking. We all met through this page 😀

We're looking for someone who is a professional and aged 24-28. We're looking for someone who is socialable, clean, and laid back; we’d love someone who can be a friend and a housemate🥰

Rent is £887.50 with bills roughly £100 a month. The tendency contract ends in September 2026 with the possibility to extend.

The room is a double room on the ground floor. The house is fully furnished with 2 bathrooms, with myself being the only one using the shower in one of the them! There's a separate kitchen and living room, and also a garden. The area is cute vibes, we live next to an elderly couple and a family. A green space is directly opposite.

The house is well connected - 5 minutes walk from Stepney Green station (District and Hammersmith line), 15 minute walk from Mile End and Bethnal Green (central line), and 20 minute walk from Whitechapel (lizzy + windrush line). Tesco express and small sainsburys are 5 minutes walk away, and big Sainsbury's is 20 minutes walk away.

Victoria park is also a 10 minute walk, as is the canal.
