I'm a student renting a silver level en-suite double room at Chapter Aldgate, 1-2 Education Square E1 1DF. I won't require my room from 7 May to 21 June inclusive (when my tenancy finishes) and am allowed to find a suitable replacement tenant for this period.
Am paying approx £425 per week but open to offers.

Furnished - the room contains a compact double bed with bedside cabinet, desk with drawers and chair, wardrobe space, kitchen tabletop (including sink) with cupboards. Plus toilet, sink and shower. Also, shared kitchen on same floor with 4 others (3 women, 1 man).
