The current landlords who rented the property are living in the house, with 2 more lodgers. 2 ladies and 3 guys, between 24 and 38 years old. All respectful and considerate. Not a party house. No smoking in common areas. Bringing guest is discouraged.

Rent: £780 per month (£180 per week), paid monthly from 1st to 3rd of the month.
