But that means that this spacious double room is up for grabs! The room comes with its own private balcony. Bathroom is shared with only ONE other tenant as the other person has an ensuite.

The rent is £1150 and includes ALL bills (i. e council tax, electricity, internet, water, heating)

The area has great transport connections with all these stations being about 5-10 min walk:
- Stepney Green (District & Hammersmith)
- Limehouse (DLR)
- Mile End (Central Line)

The other two flatmates are two young males and both are professionals. It is a quiet & respectful household where everyone is considerate of each other.
