Now, about me! I work for an advertising agency and frequently travel for work/play so I’m not around often and you’d have the place to yourself. I’m very chill about most stuff, you do you kinda thing, but I’m quite tidy and keep the place clean. I’m equally fun/social/silly/quirky so it really depends on your vibe. I stay in the second bedroom, which has its own bathroom - so you can fully sprawl in yours!

I travel frequently for work, sometimes several weeks at a time. During those periods I’ll usually Airbnb my bedroom, so you can expect the occasional short-term guest which I manage remotely, so you don’t need to do anything and the flat will always be kept clean and tidy.

As I’m the live-in Landlord, this would be a private “Lodgers Agreement” contract with ALL BILLS INCLUDED - no estate agent fees/hidden charges whatsoever (I’ve been there, we hate those). Happy to share a draft copy!

Your tenancy can be for ANY duration i. e. between 1-3 months, followed by rolling monthly, totally flexible and you’re in control. Happy to give pro-rata refunds if you need to change dates etc.

As a general rule of thumb, the ideal flatmate will be a professional working in The City (or WFH for a London-based company), verifiable via LinkedIn. You’d be relatively tidy (cliché, I know), chill but also fun (just no crazy parties), you can be social or do your own thing but foremost - NO SMOKING/vaping (saving your life).
