Hi there, I'm looking for someone to take over my room while I go away travelling for a while! :)

DATES
Ideally I'm looking for someone to take over the whole 2 months but I can be flexible, see below!
Start of the sublet - between February 24th and March 7th
End of the sublet - between April 21st and May 1st

LOCATION
The flat is incredibly well connected! It's a 10min walk from Whitechapel Station (Elizabeth line, District, Hammersmith & City, Windrush Overground), 15min from Bethnal Green (Weaver Overground), 20min from Bethnal Green (Central Line)!
Small Tesco and Gym Group gym is a 5min walk, and a big Sainsbury is just next to the Whitechapel station.

ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is a very big double bedroom, it has loads of storage and a private balcony! All furniture comes with the room, except the office desk which I'm happy to lend. It has large windows facing west, meaning you get beautiful sunset views of the London skyline!

ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat has a well equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, dining table, and a washing machine. It has one toilet room and one shower room.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES
You'd be sharing with 3 girls! We're all pretty quiet and mostly keep to ourselves but we're very friendly and easy to live with, we also have a relaxed cleaning rota just to keep the flat tidy!

Clarifying this is a SHORT TERM SUBLET that my Landlord is aware of. I'd also be more than happy to sign a written agreement between me and you to make the sublet more official and protect both of our rights!
