The maisonette flat was recently refurbished with an open plan living room and a garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 3 people to live in (including you).

Your bedroom is on the first floor with wardrobe and storage bed. You will also have the access to the toilet/shower on the ground floor (other flatmates have en-suites). The shower is for your exclusive use, so technically you’re getting almost an en-suite. The photos were taken before our current flatmate moved in, now there's a ladder leaning desk, an upgrade to the black desk in the photo :)

The flat is a 3-min walk to Shadwell (Windrush/DLR) station with easy links (5 mins to Bank/ Canary Wharf, 20 mins to Tottenham Court Road/ City Airport), alternatively you can walk just under 30 mins to the City or Canary Wharf.

Other amenities within 10min walk include: Tesco, Sainsbury's Iceland, food shops, street market, weekend farmers market, cafes, pubs, gyms, park, barber, post office, Thames path, and the picturesque Shadwell basin.

You will share with two working professional males (graphic design/ data analytics) in our 30s. We both are well-trained to flat sharing and happy to socialise but this is not a party flat and we value the downtime after work. We are looking for someone who ideally doesn't work from home full-time. We are a quiet, clean and tidy household and expect your help to keep it that way.

The rent includes superfast WiFi. The council tax is band C.
