I’m going to be moving out temporarily and so need someone to take over my room for the summer, currently looking for someone to over my room from April 12th more less up to July 13th (3 months sublease).

The room is fully furnished double bedroom and features a private bathroom, plenty of wardrobe and storage space, laundry room within the flat. The flat itself is modern and thoughtfully set up, with a fully equipped kitchen.

The Rent is £1,195/month plus £125.00 of Bills. No Deposit is required!

Benefits and UC:

Happy to accept someone on benefits or Universal Credit, as long as they are able to pay both rent and bills. No references or documentation is required, but the offer is contingent to a visit and meeting with my current flatmate and myself.
