Looking for someone to take over a room in our lease from February (or even immediately as our current flatmate moved out early) onwards. The flat is located between Bethnal Green and Whitechapel and has a great connection to the tube via Whitechapel Station (Overground, Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City, District line and DLR) and Bethnal Green (Central line, Overground) in an under 10 minute walk. The flat is shared with two young professionals who mostly work from home. It includes a big kitchen and living room with access to a balcony, as well as a toilet and an extra bathroom. It's a 20 minute walking distance to Shoreditch/Brick Lane and the Regents Canal. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, closet and other things. Because my flatmate and I are likely planning to leave around February, whoever takes this room can eventually bring their friends in to take over the other two rooms if they desire. Viewings can be online as well as in person. The Rent can be negotiated if the occupier is not a student and is able to contribute to the 130 GBP council tax. Couples would need to pay a slightly higher rent to contribute to the increase in bills.
