Hey! I’m currently looking for someone to finish the rest of my lease as I need to move back to Canada.

There’s unfortunately no common area but usually chill in the kitchen at times. Bills are usually about +£70-130/monthly-bi-monthly (council tax, gas, water & internet)

Deposit + Holding fee: £1077 (refundable)

Lease renews in September, possibility to stay.

The current girlies in the flat are both young working professionals. One does WFH and the other in usually in-office. We have 1 other 🇨🇦 & 🇬🇧 flatmate. It’s a fun household, usually like to go out together time to time for drinks, dinner or night outs.

It’s not a ‘party’ house, we respect each other’s space and quiet time to unwind after long days.

The flat is less than a 10min walk to Whitechapel station that is great for commuting around London, an extra 3 mins and there’s a big Sainsbury’s. Were between Bethnal Green & Cambridge Heath- a less than 10min walk to brick lane.

I’m flexible for an early move in- anytime before March 1st (to discuss).

Ideally would love to do FaceTime tour, then meet in person if you like the space.
