The two rooms are On the second floor of a town house, with the bathroom right next to it. The living room and landlords room is on the first floor, with the kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, along with a toilet and single car garage with washing machine, and washing line in, with space for storage of other items.
The garden is big enough to enjoy a nice outside area, with a shed at the end for other storage.
Looking for a pleasant sociable lodger to come in who both appreciates conversation as well as enjoys their own personal space.
The drive can fit two cars on which is alternated between the house.
The house is a 25 minute walk away from a metro link station (timperley) with access to all of Manchester and a 20 minute drive away from the city centre.

The house has high speed broadband internet.

The room consists of a double bed already, a bedside table and a small fridge if wanted by lodger.

Currently one lodger is already living in the house, works long hours within the restaurant industry and isn’t there aside from two days off a week.

The rent will include a weekly cleaner organised which will include basic cleaning of the house including the lodgers bathroom.

The house has 3 cats which very very rarely go up to the second floor. Very harmless cats. Usually stay in the living room or landlords room.
