We are a professional couple renting out our spare double bedroom and are looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate housemate who enjoys a peaceful home environment.

We both work and get up early for work, so we value a quiet and relaxed home, particularly in the evenings and at night. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who is generally out during the day, whether working full-time or studying alongside work.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and a second toilet is currently being built.

Keeping the house clean and tidy is very important to us, so we would love to find someone who shares the same standards and respects shared spaces.
