Looking for someone to replace me and my flatmate on our tenancy on the 1st of July.
It’s a two bedroom, recently refurbished flat in Angel (zone 1), overlooking Islington Green. Both double bedrooms are very spacious and well-lit, and it has a very modern kitchen and bathroom. Comes fully furnished, with washer-dryer and dishwasher included. Third floor and everyone in the building is very nice, never had an issue with neighbours.
10 minute walk to Angel Station and Essex Road stations, around 20 minute walk to Highbury & Islington and Old Street stations. Also very well connected with buses.
Fantastic area, lots of independent and chain restaurants, pubs, bars, bookshops, cafes, clothes stores, etc. Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local only a couple minutes away, and bigger supermarkets and a Saturday market less than 10 minute walk away.
Rent is £2700 total, and bills to be organised independently but we paid approx £300 total, including council tax (band D), electricity, gas, water and WiFi. Gas heating, gas hob, fan oven. The flat stays warm until late autumn, we’ve only had to put the heating on for approximately 3 months per year. It’s a 12 month contract.
