Hi I am looking for a UCL student to take over my room through official contract. The room is available from July 12th to September 11th, with flexible dates negotiable.

The room is an ensuite with a small double bed, a private bathroom, a wardrobe, ample storage shelves, an extra-long desk, and a large window. I often take photos from my window because the view is fantastic. It is an 8-person shared flat but currently has only 5-7 residents. You will share a spacious kitchen with them, equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. If needed, I can provide second-hand bedding, kitchenware, and tableware for free.

There is a 390 bus stop right outside the apartment, which takes only 15 minutes to get to UCL, but I usually walk to school in 25 minutes. It takes a 10-minute walk to King's Cross Station, making transportation very convenient.

You can find a large Waitrose, as well as Sainsbury's, M&S, and other supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. The area around King's Cross Station has shopping centers, various restaurants, gyms, parks, etc. They are well-planned, with new facilities and a high level of safety.

The apartment also offers good services, including a 24-hour front desk, comprehensive parcel collection service, free printing, study rooms, laundry facilities, etc.
