Looking to sublet a large double bedroom and ensuite in a two bedroom house in Angel for approx a month (9 July to 5 August).

It’s a very well furnished modern place with incredible amenities. The location is fantastic - under 10 mins’ walk to Angel Station and a couple minutes walk from various bus stops. It’s also in the heart of Angel and only a couple minutes away from Camden Passage and the high street.

You will have your own floor (double bedroom and ensuite) as well as a beautiful kitchen, living room and dining space. The bedroom includes a UK King bed, shelving and storage, a large LG tv, and lots of natural light. There is also plenty of space for a workstation (desk, chair etc).

The current flatmate in the property is an incredibly kind, and easy person to live with. He is super respectful and very clean. He is a professional lawyer working full-time in London.

Rent is inclusive of wifi and all bills (electricity, water, council tax etc).
