Hello! I'm looking for someone to fill my room from May. It is a nice flat located on the ground floor, just a few metres from the canal in De Beauvoir. Hoxton and Dalston are just round the corner, with Haggerston Overground within walking distance. There is a Tesco Express and a bus stop just at the bottom of the estate, as well as a Lidl within walking distance.
The area is safe, well-lit and has loads of nice pubs, venues and other things to enjoy nearby. Shoreditch Park is just a few minutes walk away. The vibe of the flat is sociable - we eat together and occasionally go to the cinema or gigs together.
There are two other people in the flat who are looking for someone tidy, respectful but also sociable! They are Ilja (26), an actor who also works in a jewellery shop, and Tom (31) a freelance barista and journalist.
The room is a nice sized double and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk and built-in wardrobe. There is one bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the hallway. In the winter bills, work out roughly £130 a month, but it is much less in summer. The landlord is also very efficient and quick to sort issues if anything goes wrong. Rent is £749 a month, not inclusive of bills. Council tax band B.
