I am subletting my 1-bedroom flat from June 12th to July 15th while I am away. You will have the entire flat for yourself: 1 double bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. It is located in Islington, in the lovely Newington Green area, 2-minute walk from Canonbury station.
Energy bills will be added to the rental price (we can adjust depending on your real consumption).
Couples are welcome, but no pets sorry. I keep the flat very tidy and clean, and you should agree to do the same and leave the flat as you found it.
I can share tips about the neighbourhood and all the great cafés, bars and restaurants!
