Hi! I’m an MA student at Central Saint Martins and I'm looking for a replacement tenant starting on June 22 and ending on June 22, 2025 (1yr contract).

This flat is located in central London, kings cross right next to coal drops yard.
It’s a studio flat of about 425 square feet (feels like 500 ngl). Amenities include: a private gym, sauna, pool, study room, movie theater, and 24h concierge.

It comes unfurnished, but I am also open to selling my couch and table if anyone is interested.

For safety reasons, I am using images of my flat that my real estate agency used on their website. I can share updated images or videos upon request.

It's a really safe building (esp for the girlies who want to live a lone) and I’m actually so sad to give it up, but I have to end my lease early bc I’m taking time off from uni 😭 please let me know if you’re interested!! 💕
