Looking for a currently enrolled student to take over my tenancy at Will Wyatt Court, a popular purpose-built student accommodation in Shoreditch/Hoxton (N1). I’m moving out soon, so this is a tenancy takeover - you’d take over my contract directly with the building.

- £299/week, all bills included (This is an excellent discount rate now, as the current rate is sitting at £335 per week. I also already paid the booking fee)
