Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 3-bed flat located in Hoxton. The flat is very close to Dalston and Shoreditch with easy access to Liverpool Street as well as the overground. The Old Street tube station is also a 15 minute walk away.

You would be living with two professionals (M25, M26). They are very friendly and are respectful of personal space.

The rent is £1128 per month without bills. The flat is under council tax band C.

We would be looking for someone to move in anytime from Sep 23-Oct 1st, although this can be negotiated.
