The flat has one toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. And has a garden with a private park out the back.

You would be sharing with my bf Ben whilst I’m away on a cruise contract. He’s 31, works In Tech sales, loves keeping fit, sports + music and I confirm he’s a very chilled flatmate and an overall lovely human. There is the option of doing a shorter sublet or potentially longer. But il be away till roughly April/may.

Looking for someone respectful and clean who preferably doesn’t work from home full time.

The location is amazing: spoilt for choice with good coffee shops, bars and the canal is very close which is beaut! The transport links are great too. Numerous buses stop on Essex Road which can get you into central in 20 mins.
