Looking for someone to take over my tenancy!! All female household very centrally located (Pentonville Road), short walking distance to Kings Cross and Angel, with tons of shops, cafes, pubs, etc. near by.

Gas (heating + hot water) and council tax included, small charge for wifi, water, and electric on top of the listed price each month (it’s always been <£100 per month for me)

The room is really big for central london and comes with tons of storage. The bathrooms (separate toilet and shower room) are shared between the three rooms but the girls living there are super clean and we never have any issues sharing!

There’s also a massive living room / dining area with a big tv that we have netflix/disney plus/etc. on and my roommates love having movie nights.

The shared kitchen is also pretty spacious with good storage and really well equipped ie we bought a microwave/airfryer/blender/matcha supplies/toaster/kettle etc. We shared all of the pots pans and appliances.

i’m moving in with a friend so looking for someone to sublet from now until september (~5-6months) when the contract ends
