Looking for a new Housemate to move in February in our Hoxton Old street Flat

We have a big shared living room, and are a pretty social flat in easy commute of both Hoxton and old street station with lots of nice pubs and stuff around.

I'm David (29M) and work in the civil service and go out and see a lot of bands
and live with Ave (27M) who works in a bar and loves going to the cinema.
