I'm looking for a housemate!

I have one of two rooms to offer:
1. Double room - £599pcm
2. King size room - £649pcm

Both rooms are bright and come furnished with bed, mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe. Available on 2 November 2020.

Inside the house, there is a very spacious living and dining room. Facilities include fridge and freezer (there are two in the house, so you can one to yourself), washing machine, cooker and oven, microwave, cupboards. Outside the house, there is a nice garden at the back.

My house is located 1 minute walk away from the new Cambridge North Station (it's literally just down the road!). Great location if you work in Cambridge Science Park or Business Park, or if you need to commute regularly by train.

The river is just a few minutes walk from the house. There are 3 Tesco's nearby.

You'll be sharing the house with just me. I'm an easygoing and respectful guy. I'm a software engineer.

Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband) are included.

Deposit = 1 month's rent.
