Hello! We are looking for two female tenants, who clean up after themselves and do not make much noise, especially after 10pm.
Me and Tom are (beautiful) friendly, relaxed professionals, in our newly refurbished house. We put a lot of work and money into it so we'd love lovely housemates to enjoy it with.

Nick is works in catering at the colleges, organises art events and is an English teacher, Tom works at Parcel Force during nights (but sleeps through everything during the day) and games on PUGB LOADS!

One shared bathroom unfortunately, but we have a big garden which we will make look nice for summer, if the Landlord hasn't started his building work which will mean we need to move out around April (only maybe).
