I am looking for a friendly, tidy tenant to move into a bright and sunny room. The house is located just off Mill Road, close to the train station and City Center. The location is very central, with many shops, bars and restaurants just down the road. If you commute, it’s only a 10-minute walk to the train station! Parker’s Piece, Kelsey Kerridge, ARU, City Center and Cambridge University are also just around the corner, a 5-10-minute cycle away each.

It is a spacious house that is available from 10th September 2020. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, mattress and built in wardrobe. The room also has a chest of draws and a large chest that can be used for storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob and fan oven, cupboards and refrigerator/freezer. Other amenities are also available such as a kettle, toaster and microwave. Washing facilities are available in the shared kitchen.

There is a small back garden, and plenty of bicycle storage available in the back where there is an open shelter. There is on-road parking available in front of the house, but no resident parking scheme at present.

None of the bills are included in the rent, but add up to around 100 per month. Council tax is also not included in the price but as I am a student, professionals receive a discount of 20% off their bill.

This is a female-only household. 18-28 preferred, but I will consider older tenants if necessary.
