Room/house -
Large furnished double with wardrobe/chest of drawers for storage, and double bed. The room is lovely and bright, well maintained with a beautiful fireplace.

House has a cosy living room perfect for relaxing. It has an open plan kitchen/diner with a sofa so can be used as a second relaxing place. Garden and shed for bikes out the back.

Location -
Just off of Mill Road which is the best place to be in Cambridge! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. 10 minute walk to the station and 20 minute walk to the centre of town. Free parking on the road outside.

Me -
34 year old Sociology teacher working in a College in Cambridge. Sociable and busy, enjoying dinners out and the odd weekend away, gym goer (most of the time!) and a sucker for rubbish tv!

Looking for -
A short term let until end of August. I will be away for 4-5 weeks so looking for somebody trustworthy and clean to look after the house over this time. There may be a potential of staying longer term after this but would be dependent on contract extension. Would also consider Mon-Fri for reduced price.
