We have a spacious double room available for rent from 1st May until 31/7/2024 in our nice and calm house. The house has 4 bedrooms and two toilets and bathrooms. Very well furnished with a shared living room, hyper equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer and dish washer), off street parking and a nice backyard.
The current co-tenants are 3 professional males (biotech scientist, NHS worker and IT engineer) looking for calm and friendly housemate.
The house is well located near Mill Rd and the Central Mosque. It is 20 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from Sainsbury's and 10 minutes walk from Asda.
