There is a small co-op shop a about thirty seconds from us for convenient shopping and it takes about 10 minutes to cycle to the city centre , or 10 min to ARU /Grafton centre.

This lovely room on the first floor has a double bed, wooden chest of drawers from next, 3 doors of wardrobe , study table, chair and a tea table . There is a newly renovated bathroom and toilet on the first floor and this is only shared with one other tenant.
