Family house just myself 60 and a female 31. Looking for someone clean and tidy, and quiet, we share a bathroom but you have your own toilet. Lodgers who stay up all night doesn’t really work ,Not a busy house but I do like my privacy. So like to keep the living room to myself although we are friendly and quite chilled and are always ok for a chat. I start work early hours but I try to keep the noise down , but I’m in bed early as well so appreciate quiet evenings. I have a garden and patio furniture. No overnight guests please. Would like to meet before either party commits thanks for looking
